Warranty
The parts we sell are used. To let you assess their condition and quality, we provide an inspection period for specific part categories.

The warranty period starts from the moment the goods are received.
In individual cases we're willing to offer the buyer custom warranty terms with an extended return period. Any change to the standard terms is discussed directly before the purchase and always remains at the seller's discretion.
Return and warranty terms
The warranty for used spare parts is valid from the moment the buyer receives the goods. Returns You may return the goods within 14 days of receiving them. When returning spare parts to the seller, the following conditions must be met: The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, and its packaging must remain intact to prevent damage during transportation. Before shipping the return, please take several photos of the packaging and the received items to document their condition.
Without the seller's agreement, it is prohibited to:
- disassemble or open the part
- unscrew, remove or replace components
- carry out repairs or modifications
- repaint or alter the part's appearance
If these conditions are violated, the warranty and return no longer apply. Refunds cover only the price of the part. Costs of delivery, installation, removal, diagnostics and other related expenses are not reimbursed.
Important
If you find a defect during the inspection period, contact us immediately — we'll find a solution: exchange, return or repair.
